Pay It Forward

Hi Friends-
Sometimes Life gives you a bowl of pits! Life for me has been quite hectic and stressful lately-so I decided it is time for some fun (that should help-Right?)

I was scrolling around and found this fun idea on Julie's site and thought this would be a great way to have some fun! Everyone needs a smile from someone else every now and then and Paying It Forward is just the ticket to bring a smile to someone else with a Pay It Forward Swap! So, if you would like that opportunity to bring a smile to someone, then you too can Pay It Forward too!

Here's how it works-  Read these simple RULES and play along!

RULES:

1. I will create a crafty gift for each of the first three people who comment on this post. The gift is a total surprise and will arrive on your doorstep anytime within the next 365 days.
2. In signing up for Pay it Forward, you are committing yourself to the project...someone pays it forward to you, so you pay it forward to others! Post these rules, or something very similar so others can get involved. You will create your own post where you create gifts for 3 people, and so forth.
3. You must have an active blog of your own, or some way to post up your PIF info like a Flickr, Pinterest, or Facebook account. Essentially, you'll need a place to announce your own PIF and to post some pics of the process.
4. After commenting on this post, should you be one of the lucky ones, post something similar on your blog...so you can spread the Pay It Forward love. Get Better Taylor

My little 3 year old grand daughter Taylor, had her tonsils and adnoids taken out this morning. I made a quick little 3x3 card to stick in her care package this morning! Lots of popsicles always do the trick!

Gettin Crafty Challenge

Hi Friends
Cristena, over at Gettin Crafty is having a challenge. So, much fun! The challenge is to create a "Drink Treat Box." This was a perfect challenge, as I am getting ready to make some fun simple projects for my "Mystery Hostess-New Catalog, Make-N-Take" night, using new products from the  New Catalog!

I originally got the idea from Angie over at Chic' n Scratch This is such a cute idea, and I new I wanted to do it for one of my workshops-Fast and Fun and perfect to have for different events with family or friends!

Shabby Tea Room #116

Hi Friends-

This is my last week as a Guest Designer at The Shabby Tea Room

I enjoyed every week and I am honored to have been a part of the fun. The inspiration that Debbie and the Design Team grace all of us with is such a joy to create with-Thank You!

This week the theme is  "Color Me Pretty" and we are asked to create a card or project inspired by this photo using the colors Pink, Aqua (or blue), White or Cream, Flowers and a Fabric Element!

Shabby Tea Room-#115

Hi Friends-

This week at the The Shabby Tea Room we are asked to use the colors in this photo create a card or project and to add a dimensional flower. My flower is handmade (which is one of my favorite things to add on a card).

This is the inspirational photo! I love the colors of pink flowers and the patina doors and rickety shabby fence!
